〖Scope of application〗

 Suitable for on-line cut on automotive intercooler tube production line.

〖Features〗

Remodeled from the company's patented product FWB flying shears.
The maximum speed of the production line is 120 meters/minute and the maximum cutting frequency is 300 times/minute;
Cut length range: 200-1200mm;
Cutting quality: length error ≤ +/- 0.3mm; cutting burr ≤ 0.08mm; triangular deformation ≤ 0.15mm;
Total synchronization: Total synchronous high-speed punching is achieved while the accuracy of cutting is guaranteed.
Optional “clamping and cutting device” to ensure the triangular area’s deformation size.
Easy to use: the length in setting is the actual length of the cut, no extra waste;
Material list setting: Up to 10 sets of production material list, with immediate effect, mandatory input and other functions;
Sampling function: It is convenient to achieve single sampling or continuous sampling, and the sampling length can be set arbitrarily;
Other functions: real-time display of line speed, count adjustment, history data tracking, etc.;
Optional features: temperature compensation, waste identification;
Machine parameters: size (W×H×T) 700×1500×700mm; weight approx. 600KG.
